We are thrilled to be working on a unique project for our client, an experienced Omani investor with international experience. The project involves designing a private house situated at an elevation of 2800 meters above sea level, in Jebel Akhdar, Oman.
One of the most fascinating aspects of this villa is its upside-down character. The public area is located on the first floor, with a vineyard and a viewpoint that offers a breathtaking view of the canyon, while the lower level accommodates the private rooms. The rooms have been designed to offer a beautiful view of the canyon while ensuring the privacy of the residents.
The villa's design is modern, minimalistic, and eco-friendly. The cascade shape of the building has allowed us to reduce the impact on the natural stones, while the sustainable water collection system collects and reuses water. The villa blends in perfectly with the natural surroundings, providing the owners with a stunning 180-degree view of the canyon.
We are proud to have created a beautiful and sustainable design that is not only visually appealing but also environmentally conscious. Our client's vision for the house has been a great inspiration to us, and we are excited to bring this project to life.
